Walt Disney World has been hosting weddings since September 1991. Disney’s Wedding Pavilion is reminiscent of a beautiful Victorian summerhouse. As it is glass-enclosed, with a palm-fringed solarium, it offers a most breathtaking view of Cinderella’s Castle as its backdrop.

The Wedding Pavilion is located just south of Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, built on a private island, surrounded by Seven Seas Lagoon. It is non-denominational and can accommodate parties as intimate as two, or host larger affairs of up to 250 people. It also provides private dressing rooms for the bridal party, planning offices and wedding-related merchandise. Also available in limited availability, are wedding events inside the Magic Kingdom Park itself.

Romantic candlelight, breathtaking fireworks, twinkling lights, white doves - released as you kiss for the first time as husband and wife. Wedding events can even be held inside the Magic Kingdom Park, they are held after park hours and are based on limited availability. They are considered "Premium" events, and they are priced differently than other wedding events.
